Meetings
Executive Council Meetings: Executive Council meetings are for members only and are gatherings of the club officers and other club members who would like to attend. The society’s business issues are discussed at these meetings. Dates and locations of these meetings vary. Club members will be notified of business meetings dates and locations by email.
Open Meetings: Open meetings are for all club members and interested members of the general public who would like to attend. The meetings primarily consist of astronomy-related presentations and discussions. Meetings are usually, but not always, held on the first Saturday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the West Lafayette Observatory (WLO). Most meetings are also accessible online via Zoom. Non-members may request a meeting link by sending email to WVASinfo@gmail.com.
